Why Church?
We have been asked this question many times, so we will explain our reason behind it.
We are a Spirit-forward bar focusing on prohibition cocktails, Gin and Bourbon. Our concept is to play off of what would be called a Speakeasy during prohibition, a time in our history when the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of alcohol was illegal. Speakeasy's were not only neighborhood bars but also places where people could drink during these times and often used names to hide what they were.
We chose Church because we want to be the neighborhood bar, a place to come and unwind, have conversation, and enjoy yourself. Fellowship. We think it's catchy, it's trendy, and who can argue with you about going to Church?
